Using iContact Camera with Video Conferencing AppsUpdated 3 days ago

Most video calling apps allow you to choose which camera to use before or during a meeting. Follow the steps below to select your iContact Camera.


Zoom

  1. Open Zoom and sign in.

  2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

  3. Click Video & Effects (or Video, depending on your Zoom version).

  4. Under Camera, select your preferred video source.

  5. Confirm your selection using the camera preview.

Microsoft Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.

  2. Click the three dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

  3. Click Devices.

  4. Under Camera, select your preferred video source.

  5. Verify the preview to ensure the correct camera is selected.

You can also change your camera before joining a meeting by selecting Device settings on the pre-join screen.


Google Meet

  1. Open Google Meet and join or start a meeting.

  2. Click the More options (⋮) button.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click the Video tab.

  5. Under Camera, select your preferred video source.

  6. Close the settings window to save your selection.


Important note: 
If you have the iContact Control app installed, be sure to select iContact Control as your camera in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any other video conferencing application.

If you do not have the iContact Control app installed, select iContact Camera instead.

Using iContact Control ensures that your camera settings and adjustments made within the app are applied during your video calls.
