Our iContact Camera webcams are designed to work with most screen sizes. For larger monitors, we recommend positioning your video call windows on the right side of the screen to better align the camera with the person you’re speaking to, improving eye contact and communication.
If you’re using the iContact Camera Go and need a longer arm, consider upgrading to the iContact Camera Pro, which features 4K resolution, a longer arm, and a swivel mechanism for easy on/off-screen positioning.
We understand that getting used to this new layout may take a little time, but you’ll soon see the difference in your video call experience.
