Order Confirmation

First, check that your order was placed successfully. You should have received a confirmation email from iContact Camera. 

If it’s missing:

  •  Make sure you’re checking the correct email address used during checkout.
  •  Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  •  If you still cannot find the confirmation email, reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll help locate your order.

Tracking your Order

Orders are processed shortly after purchase. Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, while international shipments may take longer. 

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime here.
