Enhancing image quality with your iContact Camera

Get the most out of your iContact Camera with these tips for clearer, sharper video calls:
Initial setup for HD video

• Zoom
  In a meeting, click the arrow (⌃) next to the camera icon → Video Settings → enable HD.

• Google Meet:
  Click the three dots (⋮) → Settings → set both send and receive resolution to 720p.

Most video apps have similar HD settings you can adjust.

Lighting Tips

• Use natural light—face a window if possible.
• Avoid strong light behind you.
• Check out our Pro Light Panel and Go Glow Light for better lighting.

Adjust Video Settings

• Windows: Open Start → search “Manage cameras.”
• Mac OS 13+ / Windows: Use the iContact Control App to fine-tune brightness, contrast, etc.
• You can also try Camo (free version available) for additional video control options.
