What software settings should I check if my video isn't displaying properly?Updated 2 days ago
Ensure your computer has selected the iContact Camera as the default camera in your video call app settings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
Zoom
- Open Zoom and start or join a meeting.
- Click the small arrow (^) next to the video icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Under “Select a Camera”, choose your preferred camera (e.g., iContact Camera).
- If needed, go to Settings > Video to preview and confirm the selected camera.
Google Meet
- Start or join a Meet call.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the bottom-right corner.
- Select “Settings” > “Video”.
- Under Camera, select your device from the dropdown list.
- Close the menu to save.
Microsoft Teams
- Open Teams and click your profile icon > Settings.
- Go to Devices.
- Under Camera, choose your desired option from the dropdown.
- Join a meeting to confirm the camera works.
